Carina Fejerang is a serial entrepreneur, and loves business from its fruition. She was the first place winner for the Shell Live Wire Business Plan competition and has sinced helped a variety of businesses open or implement new strategies into their existing business through her consulting firm - Motivational Planning. In her prior years, she owned, Salon Paradis, Princess Jolie and trekked with a couple of other small entities on Guam. Prior to that, she could be seen in Washington State as a Sebastian International Industry Educator for Salon Services Inc. and an award winning Cosmetologist. Today, she still runs her business Motivational Planning that has expanded to Property Management and Business Development; She is also the Marketing Manager for Guamology Inc.; the Operations and Marketing Manager for Herrera Enterprises; and the Associate Broker for RealtyOne Pacific. Carina has additional background in: Non-Profit Start up and Development, Grant writing, Freelance Writing, Financial Management, Public Speaking and Presentations, and has been a guest speaker or judge on various non-profit or business start up seminars. She is the founder of many non-profits on Guam and has started many events still existing today. She is no stranger to the non-profit community and believes our community would be at a loss without them. Since her time as a business person on Guam, she has received the following Accolades:
