Setup an appointment by calling 671-477-8736 or messaging us here. Include your contact number and preferred Coast360 location to visit: Maite, Upper Tumon or Dededo. You may also stop by any Coast360 Member Center with your teen and provide the following:

1. Teen360 member application form 
   Important: Must be a Coast360 member to open account. Teen can establish membership by opening a Teen360 Share Savings account (min. $5 opening deposit). The minimum opening deposit for a Teen360 Value Checking account is $25.
2. Valid government-issued photo ID and child's birth certificate (original)
3. Social Security Card (original)
4. Legal guardianship documents (if applicable)
5. Parent/legal guardian membership (if currently a non-member)³

¹Youth member must open a Primary Share Savings account before a sub-account such as a Teen360 Value Checking account can be established. MInimim opening deposit for a Share Savings acount is $5; and $25 for a Teen360 Value Checking account. No minimum balance is required to maintain a checking account.
