Our credit union is a not-for-profit cooperative, owned and democratically controlled by the people we serve: you. Sharing is caring, at Coast360 we believe our members should have their money work for them. By depositing your savings into a share account, we pool those savings and make prudent loans to members. Our profits are then re-distributed to you, in the form of higher dividends on share accounts, lower rates on loans, and free or reduced service fees.

Each member is given one vote, regardless of the amount of money they have deposited or borrowed. Member Denial Policy

Coast360 is dedicated to providing a safe and pleasant facility, with helpful and knowledgeable staff, in which to conduct members consumer financial business. Coast360 is equally dedicated to providing all its employees safe and harassment free work environment.

It is a fact of today’s “fast paced” society that there are moments when a few normally polite and friendly members forget courtesy and tact. Regrettably, a very few members present intimidated behavior and demeanor, threats or acts of violence, and unwelcome sexual advances and/or comments while conducting their banking at Coast360 .

The purpose of this policy is to protect the employees, volunteers and members of Coast360 from abusive members. This policy is enacted to address standards of member conduct in order to assure the rights and protection of its employees, volunteers and members.

In the event that any member or non-member engages in any type of abusive conduct towards a Credit Union member or a Credit Union employee or volunteer engaged in Credit Union business, the CEO or his or her designee, is authorized to apply appropriate remedial measures against such individual.
