Can we process a stop payment for check items via Coast360 online and Coast360 Mobile?
Yes. it's free when you place stop payment request yourself and it's effective for a six (6) month period.
To place a stop payment:
- Log in to Coast360 Online Banking
- Under “Accounts”
- Click on “Stop Payment”
- Select Stop Payment Account
- Select Stop Payment Type (Single or Range of Checks)
- Enter the Check Amount (optional)
- Click “Submit”
A verification screen will appear with a confirmation number.
