*Swipe, Tap & Win Official Rules:

A. RAFFLE PERIOD AND DRAWING:

a. The Coast360 Federal Credit Union Swipe, Tap & Win Raffle period begins on February 21, 2025 and ends on March 31, 2025 at 11:59PM (ChST).

b. Raffle drawings for the ten (10) $500 cash winners will be held on April 3, 2025. Need not be present to win. All potential winners will be reviewed by Coast360 Federal Credit Union to confirm they meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the giveaway rules (see Eligibility section). In the event that a winner does not qualify, an alternate winner will be selected, and this process will continue until all 10 winners have been confirmed as eligible.  

B. ELIGIBILITY:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. 

The Swipe, Tap & Win Giveaway raffle drawing is open to current and prospective Coast360 Federal Credit Union (“Coast360FCU” or “Coast360”) Members who are legal residents of Guam and are 18 years of age or older as of the date of their entry. Coast360 reserves the right to request for verification of residency and proof of legal age. The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win: Coast360’s Board of Directors, Members of the Supervisory Committee, Management and Staff and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, in-laws and/or the household members of each). For the purposes of this raffle drawing, an eligible Coast360 Member is defined as a Coast360 Member in good standing in accordance with the Coast360’s Field of Membership and Article II, Section 4 of the credit union by-laws. A prospective member is defined as an individual who is eligible to become a Coast360 member under Coast360’s Field of Membership guidelines and who completes the necessary membership application process before the end of the raffle period.

C. HOW TO ENTER:

Members will receive one (1) automatic raffle entry for every qualifying transaction of $30 or more made with a Coast360 Cash Reward Credit Card or Debit Card during the promotion period. Business360 and Teen360 debit card purchases do not qualify for this promotion.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, send a legibly handwritten postcard with your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to: Coast360 Federal Credit Union, 450 Route 8 Maite, GU 96910. Limit one (1) postcard entry per person. All AMOE entries must be received by March 31, 2025 at 5:00PM (ChST) to qualify.

D. PRIZE REDEMPTION:

Winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received by March 31, 2025, at 11:59PM (ChST). Potential winners will be notified by Coast360 via phone or email. All potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and being declared a winner is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. In the event the potential winner is unreachable, deemed ineligible, the prize notification is undeliverable, or if a potential winner declines acceptance of the prize within 3 calendar days (by 11:59 PM ChST on the third day after notification), Coast360 may award the prize to a randomly selected alternate potential winner and the process continues until all ten (10) winners have been selected. Any prizes not claimed within 30 days of notification will be forfeited and may not be re-awarded.

Prizes won in Coast360’s Swipe, Tap & Win raffle are not transferrable and not redeemable for other services or products other than those listed on the prize voucher or certificate, and must be accepted as awarded.

E. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering this raffle and/or accepting a prize as a selected winner, each entrant/winner acknowledges that they have read and agree to be strictly bound by these Official Rules. Coast360’s decision shall be final in all matters pertaining to the raffle and any/all prizes awarded. By accepting a prize, winners grant Coast360 the right to use their individual names, addresses, photographs and likenesses for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes and for any such purposes as Coast360 so determines, in any and all media worldwide without restrictions, without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. All federal and local laws apply. Coast360 reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the raffle, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, viruses, tampering, or any other factor beyond Coast360’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the raffle, as determined by Coast360. Coast360 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the raffle or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Coast360’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.

F. GENERAL RELEASE

Each entrant hereby agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless Coast360, its Officials and Employees, from any claims, actions, damages, losses or injury of any kind, including but not limited to, personal injury or death, resulting from participating in the raffle or from acceptance, use or misuse of a prize awarded or participation in any prize-related activity. This limitation of liability is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including and not limited to compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages; loss of data; income or profit; loss of damage to property; and/or claims of third parties. Entrants agree that Coast360, its Officials and Employees have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, statutory, express, in fact or in law, relative to the raffle or to any prize.
